HALF DAY WELLBEING RETREAT INFO
When winter darkness descends, we’re invited inward, to gather what we’ve learned, to rest, rebalance and discover the light that lives within us.
Illumination is a half-day morning journey combining powerful breathwork practices with an immersive sound bath. As nature turns inward during these shorter days, we too can embrace the opportunity to connect deeply with ourselves and harvest the wisdom we’ve cultivated throughout the year.
Led by Cat Paterson advanced Wim Hof instructor and performance coach, and Samantha Whaley Holistic Sound Healing Practitioner.
IMPORTANT: This mini wellbeing retreat may not be suitable for everyone.
If you have conditions such as epilepsy, pregnancy, severe heart issues, high anxiety, previous bipolar disorder diagnoses, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions, participation is not recommended. By submitting your payment for this wellbeing retreat, you acknowledge you are participating voluntarily, take full responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing, and release the facilitators and venue from any liability for harm that might result from participation.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This experience is suitable for all levels and no previous breathwork or meditation experience is required. Full guidance and support will be provided throughout. It’s an invitation for anyone seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, and a greater sense of inner connection — a space to slow down, release tension, and return to yourself.
WHAT TO BRING?
A thick yoga mat or similar. Blankets, cushions/pillows
Wear comfortable clothing. Layers are best
Water bottle for extra hydration and cleansing
Anything else for your own comfort such as an eye pillow
Teas and snacks will be provided. Please inform us of any allergies
RETREAT AGENDA
9:40am - Arrival and settling in - Opening circle and intention setting
10:15am - Guided breathwork journey
11:30am - Break teas and snacks
11:45am - Sound Bath immersion
1:15pm - Close
NOTE: Please arrive by 9:40am to allow time to settle before we begin. Late entry may not be possible once the breathwork journey starts.
