Class Breathwork Guidelines
Welcome to the Sunday Service breathwork with Cat!
Embark on a gentle deep dive into the world of your body and breath in our new series. Together, we will explore various exercises and techniques designed to awaken and amplify our inner presence, all supported by the breath.
HOW TO PREPARE
Install the latest version of Zoom on your phone or laptop.
Ensure a good WIFI connection.
Find a quiet, safe space in your home where you can lay down comfortably (on a bed, couch, or yoga mat).
Grab some quality headphones.
DURING THE SESSION
It's encouraged to have your camera on.
We will begin seated with a check-in.
A brief explanation will precede our session.
Feel free to ask questions during this initial part.
After this, you will lie down comfortably.
Use blankets as you relax on your bed, couch, or yoga mat, and we will begin.
AFTER THE SESSION
If you'd like to share your experience, it's warmly welcomed.
Take time to integrate after the session if required.

These sessions may not be suitable for everyone. If you have conditions such as epilepsy, pregnancy, severe heart issues, high anxiety, previous bipolar disorder diagnoses, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions, participation is not recommended.
