Breath of the Wild is a four-part collective breath series designed to support calm, reconnection and self-trust.

Over four months, the series blends breathwork, NLP, meditation and animal archetypes to help you move out of mental noise and nervous system overload, and into greater clarity, confidence and steadiness.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath the stress.

THE WILD JOURNEY

using breath as the doorway and symbolism as the guide.

Through collective breath practices and immersive inner landscapes, you’ll be offered practical tools to:

  • Soothe anxiety and support nervous system regulation

  • Work with emotional triggers rather than against them

  • Become the observer of your thoughts instead of being ruled by them

  • Rediscover joy, instinct and authentic expression

  • Cultivate calm composure under pressure

These sessions weave guided breathing journeys with reflective pauses, subtle embodiment practices and accessible NLP techniques designed to support everyday life.

Each session draws on the qualities of a guiding animal archetype — Wolf, Owl, Fox, and Deer — not as fantasy, but as symbolic doorways into instinct, intuition, adaptability, and compassion.

THE WOLF invites you to reconnect with your inner teacher, the quiet knowing beneath the noise.
This session is about remembering who you are when you’re not performing, pleasing, or proving.

Through rhythmic breath and grounded awareness, we explore instinct, intuition, and the courage to trust your own voice. Like the wolf who howls less and listens more, you learn to expand your perspective, make space for new ideas, and recognise that every experience and every person can be a teacher.

THE OWL represents the ability to see in the dark, not with fear, but with calm awareness.
This session guides you into stillness and observation, helping you step back from mental spirals and become the witness rather than the whirlwind.

Through slower breathing and silent visualisation, you learn to cast light on deception, the stories, assumptions, and inner narratives that keep you stuck. The owl teaches that truth doesn’t shout; it emerges in quiet spaces.

ADAPTABILITY • PLAYFULNESS • FLUID MOVEMENT

THE FOX brings lightness, agility, and creative intelligence.
This session is about learning to move with life rather than against it, to become observant without becoming rigid, and responsive without losing yourself.

With gentle energising breath and subtle movement, you explore adaptability and joy. The fox reminds you that not every situation requires force; sometimes, grace and curiosity open more doors than control ever could.

You are allowed to be seen.
You are allowed to play.
You are allowed to change direction.

SUPPORTS: Fear of change, perfectionism, rigidity, lack of motivation, reclaiming joy and spontaneity.

COMPASSION • SAFETY • HEART-LED STRENGTH

THE DEER is the return to gentleness without losing power.
This session focuses on heart-coherent breathing and emotional softening, allowing love and compassion to melt the tension held in fear, worry, or self-criticism.

Here, you learn to feel emotions without being overwhelmed by them, to meet fear with kindness instead of resistance. The deer teaches that true balance is not force, but tenderness toward yourself and others.

When love enters the space,
Many inner demons simply dissolve.

SUPPORTS: Anxiety, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, trauma sensitivity, and cultivating self-compassion.

Breath of the Wild FAQ: What to Expect

    • 60 minutes of live, guided breathwork and meditation plus space to ask your questions and connect with Cat.

    • Monthly guiding animal archetype as symbolic doorways into instinct, intuition, adaptability, and compassion.

    • Guided breathing journeys, reflective pauses, subtle embodiment practices, and accessible NLP techniques you can use in daily life.

    • A supportive online space to enter inner landscapes, uncover your potent voice, remember your wild, free self and return to life calm, capable, and grounded. pause and recharge

    • Install the latest version of Zoom on your phone or laptop.

    • Ensure a good WIFI connection.

    • Find a quiet, safe space in your home where you can lay down comfortably (on a bed, couch, or yoga mat).

    • Grab some quality headphones.

    • It's encouraged to have your camera on.

    • We will begin seated with a check-in.

    • A brief explanation will precede our session.

    • Feel free to ask questions during this initial part.

    • After this, you will lie down comfortably.

    • Use blankets as you relax on your bed, couch, or yoga mat, and we will begin.

    • If you'd like to share your experience, it's warmly welcomed.

    • Take time to integrate after the session if required. Journalling can support this.

  • Come for one session, or experience all four sessions for the full wild journey. It’s totally up to you.

  • Yes!! The replay folder link is included in the PDF you will receive after registration. The replay files will be uploaded after the session finishes.

    We recommend you download to your computer first then transfer and open on your phone using the app or platform you prefer.

  • The Wim Hof Method is a combination of breathing techniques, cold exposure, and mindset/focus training designed to improve mental and physical well-being, reduce stress, and increase resilience.

  • Absolutely. No prior experience is needed. Whether you’re new to breathwork, this space is safe, supportive and gently guided.

  • None, you will learn everything you need to know during each session.

    However, you could begin to practise breathing through your nose and into your belly. Try with 5 minutes a day. 

  • Yes – when practiced properly and under guidance, the Wim Hof Method is safe. Your certified instructor is trained to help you listen to your body and stay within your limits.

  • These sessions may not be suitable for everyone.

    If you have conditions such as epilepsy, pregnancy, severe heart issues, high anxiety, previous bipolar disorder diagnoses, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions, participation is not recommended.

    Always consult your doctor if you’re unsure.

  • Yes, many people with mental health challenges find the method helpful.

    However, this is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. Please let your instructor know privately if you have any concerns.
