HALF DAY WELLBEING RETREAT INFO
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This experience is for those with some prior experience of breathwork who feel ready to slow down and explore the practice more deeply. It’s suited to people who are comfortable with guided breath techniques in a group setting and open to inner exploration at their own pace. Full guidance is provided throughout, within a carefully held space that supports stillness, reconnection and clarity away from the noise of daily life.
WHAT TO BRING?
A thick yoga mat or similar. Blankets, cushions/pillows
Wear comfortable clothing. Layers are best
Water bottle for extra hydration and cleansing
Anything else for your own comfort such as an eye pillow
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
A nourishing vegan lunch is included, along with light snacks and herbal teas throughout the day.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking so we can accommodate where possible.
IMPORTANT: This mini wellbeing retreat may not be suitable for everyone.
