ONE DAT RETREAT FOR WOMEN BY WOMEN

Discover how the power of breathwork, mindfulness, and cold water endurance combine to bring about lasting, positive change in the way we live our lives, under the expert tutelage of Level 2 Wim Hof instructor Cat Paterson & Women's wellness coach Gemma Kelly. 

You'll leave the break with an inner strength and resilience, having learned tools to overcome limiting beliefs and fears, no matter how large or small they may seem. Together with like-minded souls, you'll also learn how to harness your emotions in a positive way, recognise and understand how to deal with stress in daily life.
