What Happens Next?

Once you have submitted your Client Intake Questionnaire, Catherine will review the information you have provided to ensure the service is appropriate for your needs. She aims to respond within two working days.

If any further information is needed before your appointment, Cat will contact you directly.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive everything you need to prepare for your session, including:

  • Confirmation of your appointment date and time

  • Payment information (where applicable)

  • Your Zoom link for online sessions or the full clinic address together with any arrival, access and parking information for in-person appointments

  • Any additional guidance to help you prepare for your session
