This day was created for women who do it all —
and need a moment to come home to themselves.

Whether you’re navigating family, business, holding space for others, or quietly carrying the weight of the world for too long… this retreat is your reminder that you matter too.

We’ve woven together breathwork, movement, and nourishment in accessible ways that will restore your energy, nurture your nervous system, and reconnect you to your own strengths and abilities, on your terms.

💬 What Women Are Saying…

“It is difficult to put into words what a restorative and healing time I had… I'm going home feeling stronger, peaceful, and ready for the next chapter."

— Lynda

“Incredible is the word to sum it up. I came as a total non-believer. Didn't do any breathwork. Thought it was all a bit mumbo jumbo. And actually, I'm a complete convert.”

— Leanne

"Letting go of my corporate stress has changed everything. It’s just been an amazing time. So much good advice."

— Philipa
